Room views could improve significantly, particularly the unsightly metal rooftop!!! An upgrade to modern safe technology would enhance guest security!!!

Nice place with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find a jewel I lost during my first visit. They always go above and beyond!

The amenities were great, with air conditioning, a tv, shampoo, and free toiletries. Staff were awesome and super helpful. The hotel is quiet. Perfect. Not far from the bus station, easy to get around town!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and near all the nightlife. It was such a fun area of the city to explore. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond by recommending restaurants and helping us navigate the city. The rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and rain showers. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great boutique hotel! the room was nice, as well as the bed and bathroom. the location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to many restaurants and shops. the complimentary wine tasting each afternoon and breakfast were great touches that really made the stay special.

The room was a bit small for my liking. the desk and chair combo was not great for doing any work as there was a mismatch in heights.

I had an really good stay at Hotel Castilla Real in Pereira. the staff were really good too make me feel welcome and taken care of. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean and modern, and the rain shower was a luxurious touch. The location of the hotel was perfect - safe, quiet, and easy to explore the city from. The staff even recommended a nearby gym for me to use, a nice bonus. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for anyone visiting Pereira.

We enjoyed the helpful staff who were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient, close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The breakfast, which could be delivered to our room for free, was a great touch and the veranda where it was served was a lovely setting.

The design felt outdated and the decor wasn't to our taste. The bathroom was small and cramped and there was no hot water in the wash basin.
